Job Summary:


Provides coordinated outpatient nursing care within a clinic setting, emphasizing patient safety, education, and holistic treatment. Oversees nursing staff activities, collaborates with healthcare team members, and ensures quality care delivery aligned with established standards.



Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' health status and needs.
  
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
  
• Coordinate care delivery with interdisciplinary team members, ensuring seamless patient services.
  
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
  
• Assist providers with minor procedures and prepare patients and equipment as needed.
  
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, preferred.
  
• Have at least 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or similar settings.
  
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in oncology nursing or related fields, with additional certifications preferred.
