Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for 13-week travel assignments in Medical Surgical units. Candidates will provide patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to hospital policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring medical surgical services.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Document patient care activities in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient discharge planning.
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and equipment protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Medical Surgical units.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records such as Meditech.
• Ability to work night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
