Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient therapy services. The ideal candidate will have experience with EMR systems, particularly EPIC, and possess additional relevant skills that contribute to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs through thorough assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Document therapy progress accurately within the EMR system, preferably EPIC.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the specific needs of orthopedic patients.
• Provide patient education to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials.
• Proven experience in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, especially EPIC.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical frameworks and technologies.
