Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive pediatric and adult physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients in a critical access hospital setting. Focus on orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions to enhance patient mobility and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document patient treatments and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in pediatric therapy preferred.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Be able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Have basic knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
