Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Endoscopy/GI Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive intra-operative circulatory support in a fast-paced endoscopy unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment to ensure patient safety and care quality.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate intra-op circulation for endoscopy procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and hemorrhoid banding.
• Follow departmental protocols and maintain sterile technique during procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, techs, and nursing staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including weekday hours, weekend call, and holiday coverage.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Respond swiftly to call and emergent needs within designated response times.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current BLS certification.
• Proven experience with endoscopy procedures and use of related equipment.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system is preferred.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple cases efficiently and adhere to protocols.
