Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care and collaborates with physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care within the Cath Lab/EP department. Leads and directs interdisciplinary teams across diverse units, ensuring seamless patient management and safety. Floats between units as needed to support departmental operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing activities and ensure compliance with clinical protocols in the Cath Lab/EP setting.
• Coordinate patient care plans with physicians, ensuring timely and effective procedures.
• Lead interdisciplinary team efforts to deliver high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Float between units to provide support and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, procedures, and outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety standards to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Require at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with a skills checklist current within the past year relevant to the specialty.
• Possess a valid license/certification in ACLS, BLS, and ARRT.
• Provide two supervisory references from the previous 12 months.
• Hold necessary certifications and credentials required to practice in the Cath Lab/EP specialty.
