Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant (CMA / MA) provides clinical and administrative support within healthcare settings to ensure efficient patient care and office operations. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical procedures, and documentation management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Collect and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and reason for visit.
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and examinations.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
• Manage patient documentation, including charting and updating records.
• Verify patient identity and complete necessary pre-visit information.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA).
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical procedures and patient care.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to obtain and provide verification including full name, SSN, and DOB for client review.
• Be willing to undergo employment verification and background checks.
