Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through monitoring, assessment, and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments adhering to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed.
• Utilize Epic charting system for efficient documentation of patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or compact state.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic medical record system.
• Obtain and maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Able to work 3x12 hour night shifts, 19:00 to 07:00.
• Show strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
