Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide patient education and emotional support.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every third weekend.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
