Job Summary:
The ER RN will provide expert emergency care in a high-volume acute care hospital setting, working overnight shifts on a 3x12 schedule. This role requires flexibility to float between units and meet facility demands, ensuring timely and quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and use current best practices to ensure patient safety.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Epic charting system.
• Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to facility needs.
• Maintain required certifications and skills, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of ER experience.
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS; CPI and TNCC preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic medical records.
• Have the ability to float within scope to meet department needs.
• Be able to work 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
