Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with NICU experience to provide compassionate care in a neonatal intensive care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients to identify their needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families about neonatal care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license required.
• Specialized experience in neonatal intensive care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
