Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced CVOR RN to provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care. The ideal candidate will support complex surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG, valve, and bypass procedures.
  
• Prepare and operate specialized surgical equipment such as Hana beds, Mazor robots, and Da Vinci systems.
  
• Monitor and maintain patient stability during intraoperative procedures.
  
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members to ensure smooth operation flow.
  
• Document all pertinent clinical information accurately in electronic medical records.
  
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and call responsibilities, including weekend and on-call duties.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold an active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  
• Demonstrate experience in vascular and robotic cardiovascular surgeries.
  
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-acuity OR setting.
  
• Capable of taking call and working 8- or 10-hour shifts.
  
• Prefer candidates with CNOR certification and endovascular experience.
  
• Possess strong teamwork, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
