Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide expert care during scheduled shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and adherence to certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care to patients.
• Monitor fetal and maternal health, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and certification standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Epic EMR proficiency required.
• Valid EFM National Certification Corporation or Intermediate AWHONN certification issued within the past 3 years.
• Must have at least 13 weeks of availability for travel assignment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Navy blue scrubs and local (excluding ineligible counties) candidates are not accepted after 01/11/2024.
