Job Summary:
An experienced Operating Room (OR) Tech is needed for a 13-week travel assignment near Indianapolis, IN. The role involves supporting orthopedic, spine, and general surgeries, with emphasis on DaVinci surgical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams in preparing and maintaining the operating room prior to procedures.
• Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for each case.
• Support surgeons during procedures, including handling instruments and managing sterility protocols.
• Ensure proper functioning of DaVinci robotic systems and troubleshoot as needed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards throughout all surgical activities.
• Document surgical instrumentation and supplies used during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with active credential.
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience, including orthopedic and spine cases.
• Proficient in assisting with robotic surgical systems, specifically DaVinci.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekend call.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
