Job Summary:
Provides specialized radiation therapy treatments to patients following prescribed protocols. Ensures accurate delivery of radiation while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments in accordance with physician’s prescription and facility protocols.
• Operate and calibrate radiation therapy equipment to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
• Monitor patient responses and document treatment details accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, equipment logs, and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold an ARRT (T) certification and eligible for pending NM/Compact licensure prior to start.
• Possess at least 1 year of radiation therapy experience.
• Be a first-time traveler or have completed a previous assignment with a minimum one-year gap.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating radiation therapy modules and related equipment.
• Be able to work day shifts (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and float to similar units as necessary.
• Meet travel compliance requirements, including fingerprints and timely lab completion.
