Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Tech to join our high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will assist in complex open-heart and vascular procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support cardiovascular surgeries by preparing and maintaining a sterile field and surgical equipment.
• Assist surgeons during procedures, passing instruments, and managing supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and equipment usage.
• Adhere to strict safety and compliance standards in a high-stakes clinical setting.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical team members to ensure smooth operative flow.
• Complete onsite modules and record hours accurately during orientation.

Qualifications:

• Hold NBSTSA or NCCT certification in Surgical Technology.
• Demonstrate scrub experience within a cardiac surgical environment.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant CVOR experience.
• Maintain a valid Allied or RN license, non-compact, in hand at submission.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with flexible scheduling.
• Ability to float to similar units and operate efficiently under mission-driven standards.
