Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Ensure patient safety and comfort while responding to urgent medical needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize treatment based on severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in an emergency room setting.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
