Job Summary:
The Radiology Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic CT scans to assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions. The role requires precise imaging techniques and adherence to safety protocols to ensure accurate results.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining steps and positioning them correctly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide optimal patient care during imaging.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NJDEP License and registration with the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT).
• Possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Have previous experience performing CT scans in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 12 AM.
