Job Summary:
Seek an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs across various shifts and units.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to prioritize care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information thoroughly and promptly in electronic health records.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules and potentially float across units.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
