Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for upcoming travel assignments. Candidates will provide specialized critical care in fast-paced hospital settings, ensuring top-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced critical care interventions and monitor patient vital signs continuously.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Float to other departments as needed, providing expert support across units.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and facility policies, including required certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 3 years of ICU experience.
• Possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show capability to adapt to different hospital environments and float to multiple units.
• Maintain strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
