The Radiation Therapy Tech is responsible for delivering precise radiation treatments to patients under physician supervision. They ensure safety, accuracy, and effective management of radiation therapy procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Operate and calibrate radiation therapy equipment safely.
• Monitor patient responses and report any adverse effects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
• Follow safety procedures to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.

Qualifications:

• Certified Radiation Therapist or Radiation Therapy Technologist credential.
• Proven experience in radiation therapy or a related clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and patient positioning.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams.
