Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for providing specialized imaging and interventional services in the catheterization lab, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This role involves both clinical duties and on-call responsibilities to ensure patient care continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and other minimally invasive procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment with precision to obtain accurate diagnostic results.
• Float to Mount Carmel East at least once weekly to support additional clinical needs.
• Respond promptly to call shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to provide emergency coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and administrative documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Certified Cardiovascular Technologist or equivalent credential.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with cardiac catheterization procedures and related imaging modalities.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical teams.
