Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services across two rural clinic locations. The role involves managing a diverse patient caseload focusing on degenerative conditions, post-surgical recovery, and trauma care, with some wound care responsibilities for certified therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management.
• Document patient progress and communicate outcomes to healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure treatment efficacy.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and clinic policies during patient treatments.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently within scheduled work hours.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist at the time of submission.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling general degenerative, post-surgical, and traumatic conditions.
• Be able to adhere to Tier 1 travel compliance requirements.
• Maintain references from the past 2 years in a relevant specialty.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations and to work rotating weekends.
