Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a hospital setting. They ensure the safe and efficient operation of lab instruments while providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform coronary diagnostic and intervention procedures with proficiency.
• Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper function.
• Collaborate with medical staff to assist during complex cath lab cases.
• Document procedural data accurately in electronic health records.
• Comply with all safety regulations, including radiation safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Require a minimum of 2+ years of cath lab experience.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Possess SC license (SCRQSA) and provide a radiation badge.
• Proficient in coronary diagnostic and intervention scrub and monitoring.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and safety practices.
• Willing to work 4x10-hour day shifts and accommodate on-call requirements.
