Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Neuro/PCU RN to provide comprehensive patient care within a high-volume, fast-paced unit. The registered nurse will deliver clinical excellence and ensure patient safety in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent RN experience in a Neuro/PCU setting.
• Hold an active South Carolina or Compact RN license prior to start.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHS certifications.
• Demonstrate competency in telehealth monitoring.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend.
• Willing to float within scope and to sister facilities as needed.
