Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN for a per diem Labor and Delivery position requiring local travel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of L&D experience and hold current licensure and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals to ensure safety.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on labor processes, postpartum care, and neonatal needs.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NJ RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Maintain current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
