Job Summary:

A licensed Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patients' mobility and overall function. They collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver personalized and effective therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrate excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Show proficiency in therapeutic techniques and clinical documentation.
• • Have current CPR/BLS certification.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
