Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role involves managing a diverse adult and geriatric patient population with a focus on high-quality patient experience and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a medical-surgical/telemetry unit.
• Administer medications and treatments utilizing Omnicell medication system.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Perform assessments, record patient data, and update care plans according to clinical standards.
• Float to other units as needed, maintaining competency across multiple specialties.
• Complete all required documentation, modules, and compliance training within specified timelines.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
• Must have at least 1 year of EPIC EMR experience.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS is required.
• Ability to work night shifts (18:45-07:15), including alternate weekends.
• Willingness to float to other units and meet agency staffing needs.
