Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients with orthopedic, medical, surgical, and neurological conditions. Deliver specialized therapies including concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, lymphedema treatment, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Administer therapeutic interventions targeting orthopedic, medical, surgical, and neurological conditions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery and adherence to therapy plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient orthopedic and neurological physical therapy.
• Exhibit proficiency with EPIC EMR or similar electronic medical records.
• Have excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Maintain current documentation of relevant certifications and licenses.
