Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to oncology outpatients in a fast-paced clinical setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor oncology patients’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatments following established protocols.
• Answer patient calls, triage issues, and coordinate care plans with the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Support patients emotionally and educate them on their treatment and care procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CT license or a compact license for nursing practice.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient oncology nursing experience.
• Have prior travel experience working in outpatient ambulatory care settings.
• Certified as an ONS chemotherapy immunotherapy provider.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Be capable of lifting and restraining patients if necessary, adhering to safety guidelines.
