Job Details

Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care in the Operating Room, supporting surgical teams during procedures. Ensures patient safety and maintains sterile environments throughout surgeries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing clinical conditions.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for procedures.
• Document patient care and surgical details accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and weeknights.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of Level 1 or Level 2 perioperative nursing experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure surgical environment.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neuro surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
