Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist provides specialized assessment and treatment to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. They deliver evidence-based therapy to improve patient outcomes and support overall communication health.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing functions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Implement therapy sessions utilizing appropriate techniques and assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
• Document clinical notes, treatment outcomes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient support.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Possess or be eligible for licensure in the practicing state.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Have at least 2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy.
• Demonstrate strong communication and therapeutic skills.
• Be knowledgeable of relevant clinical guidelines and documentation standards.
