Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Night Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care on a Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, available to assist in the emergency room if needed, and committed to patient safety and comfort during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in emergency situations, including support in the ER when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Missouri or compact RN license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Availability to work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Ability to work weekends on a consistent basis without call responsibilities.
• Capable of floating between units as needed.
• Maintain current certifications; certifications are not required at submittal but must be verified in follow-up.
