Job Summary:
Provide specialized surgical assistance as an OR Technician with the ability to float across units as needed. The role involves supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced hospital environment for an 8-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are prepared and sterilized.
• Operate and troubleshoot DaVinci robotic systems during surgeries.
• Support the team during C-section procedures, maintaining sterile techniques.
• Float to appropriate units as needed to ensure optimal patient care and staffing coverage.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including on-call responsibilities and weekend rotations.
• Respond promptly to hospital calls within 30 minutes to provide support as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) credential or equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience operating DaVinci robotic systems.
• Have prior experience performing C-section procedures.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
• Possess excellent communication and flexibility skills for floating duties.
• Maintain current BLS and any other relevant certifications.
