Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding post-discharge care and health management.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and clinical best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
