Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to neonatal intensive care patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality therapeutic services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to NICU patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient respiratory status and document findings accurately.
• Utilize and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations requiring respiratory intervention.
• Comply with all certification, licensing, and safety standards, including AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALs.

Qualifications:

• Maintain current GA RRT license and NBRC-RRT certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent NICU respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal respiratory care and advanced airway management.
• Hold active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALs certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
