Job Summary:

Provide expert support in a retail pharmacy setting, assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing and patient service to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently using pharmacy systems.
• Verify medication details and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist customers with medication pick-up and answer basic health inquiries.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking and labeling medications.
• Comply with all pharmacy safety protocols and licensing requirements.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy technician experience.
• Active PTCB certification and/or CPhT credential required.
• Valid pharmacy technician registration in Pennsylvania effective by 06/28/2024.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., five days a week, with no weekends or call duties.
