Job Summary:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to surgical and telemedicine patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
