Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides essential cardiopulmonary care, services, and education to patients under the supervision of medical leadership. They perform comprehensive respiratory procedures in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and perform cardiopulmonary procedures as directed by physicians.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient respiratory status regularly.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and therapy adherence.
• Maintain equipment, ensure proper sterilization, and troubleshoot device issues.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist credential (e.g., RRT or CRT).
• Valid state licensure or registration to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including day and night hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
