Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with Labor and Delivery experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have circulating skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform labor and delivery nursing duties, including patient assessments and interventions.
• Circulate during obstetric procedures to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to AWHONN guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Recognize and have prior circulating experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts, including every other to every third weekend.
• Flexibility to work every other holiday as required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with AWHONN standards is preferred.
