Job Summary:
Serve as a Labor and Delivery RN in a high-volume maternity unit, providing compassionate, patient-centered care for mothers and newborns. Deliver evidence-based practices in a supportive, team-oriented environment to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure safe delivery of babies, caring for infants 32 weeks and older.
• Administer medications and manage clinical procedures during labor, postpartum, and recovery phases.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical interventions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Colorado RN license or valid compact license to practice in Colorado.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of recent L&D experience.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• Exhibit strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
• Capable of working 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends.
• Willing to participate in call rotations approximately every six weeks.
