Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The successful candidate will utilize their clinical skills to support patient recovery and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records accurately.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to patient emergencies and crisis situations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon.
• Recent emergency department nursing experience within the past five years.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient and unit needs.
