Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Mammography Tech to perform a variety of mammography examinations, ensuring accurate imaging results for patient diagnosis and care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography exams utilizing appropriate principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate imaging records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Operate imaging and office equipment efficiently to optimize workflow.
• Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and hospital staff.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and Mammography.
• Valid Oregon state license.
• Certification in BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate at least one year of Mammography experience.
• Preferred additional certification in stereo biopsy and completion of Image Wisely and Image Gently pledges.
