Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout perioperative care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room by ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, providing necessary instruments and support.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition throughout surgery, responding to any changes promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Document all patient care activities, surgical procedures, and relevant observations accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid nursing license in good standing.
• Possess prior experience in perioperative or operating room nursing.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
