Job Summary:

Travel - CT TECH (726) is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The CT Technologist operates imaging equipment, prepares patients for procedures, and collaborates with radiologists and the care team to ensure safe, efficient imaging workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans including cross-sectional imaging to support clinical assessment
• Prepare patients for CT, ensuring comfort, safety, and appropriate positioning
• Operate and troubleshoot GE imaging equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Capture and process images for review by radiologists and other providers
• Follow infection control, radiation safety, and departmental protocols for every exam
• Support a timely imaging workflow by multi-tasking across varying patient needs

Qualifications:

• Hold current ARRT certification in CT
• Maintain an active Florida State DOH license as required for practice
• Possess current BLS certification
• Demonstrate 2+ years of CT technologist experience in a clinical radiology setting
• Display strong mechanical aptitude and attention to anatomical detail
• Prefer experience with GE imaging systems and Meditech EMR for documentation and workflow
