Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (ED RN) provides high-acuity emergency care in a fast-paced environment, supporting timely assessment, stabilization, and treatment. The role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid triage skills, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess incoming patients, determine acuity, and initiate appropriate emergency nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and provider orders.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns promptly.
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate clinical records in real time.
• Coordinate patient flow by preparing for procedures, diagnostics, and transitions of care.
• Support infection prevention practices and maintain safe care delivery in emergency settings.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 2 years of Emergency Room (ED) nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, triage, and stabilization skills in high-acuity situations.
• Exhibit proficiency with emergency medications, monitoring, and nursing documentation.
• Perform effectively in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Maintain readiness to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required.
