Job Summary:


The CONTRACT - MFM ULTRASONOGRAPHER is responsible for performing high-quality obstetric ultrasound examinations in a maternal-fetal medicine setting. This role supports comprehensive patient care through accurate imaging, timely documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team. The assignment is 13 weeks with weekday-based coverage.



Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester obstetric ultrasound examinations with excellent image quality.
  
• Conduct fetal echocardiograms and detailed fetal cardiac assessments using established protocols.
  
• Evaluate nuchal translucency and nasal bone measurements when indicated.
  
• Assist with advanced diagnostic procedures, including CVS and amniocentesis, as needed for imaging support.
  
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and report findings in the assigned EMR system.
  
• Collaborate with OB/MFM clinicians to ensure a friendly, team-oriented patient experience.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold ARDMS OB/GYN certification (minimum required).
  
• Possess at least 2 years of OB/MFM ultrasound experience.
  
• Maintain current BLS certification.
  
• Complete fetal echocardiogram certification (preferred).
  
• Demonstrate certification and/or experience with nuchal translucency and nasal bone assessment (preferred).
  
• Exhibit strong professionalism, fast learning ability, and self-motivation in a high-volume environment.
