Job Summary:


The job is for a Cath Lab/EP Tech providing advanced support for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. This role requires strong clinical competence, patient-focused care, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with rotating days off and on-call coverage.



Responsibilities:

• Assist during Cath Lab/EP procedures by preparing equipment, supplies, and sterile field support.
  
• Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation in accordance with clinical and compliance standards.
  
• Monitor patient status and promptly relay concerns to the clinical team during active cases.
  
• Ensure imaging/monitoring systems and procedure-related equipment are functioning properly before and during use.
  
• Support safe patient transfers and adherence to infection control practices throughout the day.
  
• Participate in call coverage and flex as needed to support service demands, including full weekend shifts.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold ARRT or RCIS certification as required for the role.
  
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Cath Lab/EP or closely related cardiovascular modalities.
  
• Maintain a valid Maryland or Compact license at time of submission (required if ARRT credentials are held).
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of procedure workflows and ability to float within scope, with exclusions for Cancer Center and Cath Lab areas as applicable.
  
• Provide at least 3 current references to support prior clinical performance and reliability.
  
• Complete required compliance modules virtually on the first day of contract and annually, and submit transcripts as recorded.
