Job Summary:
The Echocardiography Technologist III (Pediatric/Fetal Cardiology) is responsible for performing advanced echocardiograms, including pediatric and fetal assessments, independently. This role involves analyzing imaging data, collaborating with cardiologists, and supporting various cardiac procedures to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex congenital and fetal echocardiograms independently.
• Analyze imaging data and communicate findings clearly to physicians.
• Collaborate with cardiologists on fetal echocardiogram results and interpretations.
• Assist with specialized and invasive cardiac procedures.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, findings, and necessary follow-up care.
• Maintain echocardiography equipment and uphold quality improvement standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an Associate Degree in Allied Health or related field, or have completed a 2–4 year Diagnostic Ultrasound program, or possess 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Maintain current AHA BLS Certification.
• Possess RDCS or RCS credential, or be registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI.
• Bring 7–10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in cardiac imaging.
• Demonstrate strong pediatric cardiac imaging skills and clinical judgment.
