Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor and respond to patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, identifying abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and initiate necessary protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Demonstrate experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Ability to work 7a-7:30p shifts, including every third weekend and every other holiday.
